近年、多汗症に対して胸腔鏡下交感神経節切除術を実施する施設が増えている。今回、我々は４年前に他院にて上記手術を受け、その後、右側眼瞼下垂(Horner's syndrome)をきたした症例を経験した。眼科にてエピネフリン製剤点眼で経過観察を行っていたが、４年経過後も症状の改善がみられず、当院にて右上眼瞼拳筋短縮術を施行した。左右差も改善され、良好な結果が得られた。
多汗症に対する胸腔鏡下交感神経節切除術に関して若干の知見が得られた為、文献的考察を加え、ここに報告する。

Thoracoscopic Dorsal Sympathectomy has been getting popular as a treatment of hyperhidorosis. We present a case, who underwent the treatment in another hospital 4 years ago and was subsequently suffered from Horner's syndrome. The case had been treated by a ophthalmologist using epinephrine instillation without any improvement, before a shortening operation of the right levator palpebrae superioris muscle was performed in our facility. The ptosis of the right palpebra was corrected well by the surgery. We also present clinical insights about the etiology and treatment of it with a review of literature.
