Nasal root to dorsum augmentation, tip reduction, and alar reduction are all examples of typical rhinoplasty procedure. These three procedures are often individually requested by patients wanting to change the appearance of their nose. However, after assessing their configuration, it is sometimes necessary to use them in combination, to give them a more balanced appearance. Hence, we will discuss how to overcome obstacles that may arise during a combination rhinoplasty operation.
